This document governs the use of the 1nikah platform and your consent to retrieve some of your personal details. By using our platform, you bound to agree with the following conditions :

  • You agree to the standard EULA ( End User License Agreement ) of the platform hosting this software ( Apple Store ),
  • You must be at least 17years old and must have the legal authorised age of marriage applicable in your country,
  • You agree that all information you provide is true. Your name and surname must be as on your birth certificate,
  • You agree not to disclose information that has not been asked on your public profile listing such as name, phone number, email address etc. These information should only be given under your private information tab.
  • Misusing this platform by posting fake identify and misbehaving with other profiles will get your account blocked,
  • Users will have the right to report abuse of anyone using this platform,
  • You give your consent for 1nikah to display your personal information to profiles whom you are interested with and connected to you,
  • You agree to provide true personal information to persons whom you are chatting with that have not been requested by 1nikah,
  • You agree not to use this platform for any reasons other than marriage purpose. Socialising with other profiles without any firm intention of marriage is strictly prohibited,
  • Account created on this platform must be be shared with other persons. Passwords must be kept strictly confidential and you assume full responsibility on loss of password. Passwords can be reset only via your a link sent to your valid email address,
  • You agree to receive mails notifying you on activities related to your profile on the platform,
  • Once you are connected to a profile and you get serious with him/her, you are required to deactivate your profile,
  • You agree that the developer of this platform, Mr Yashin Soraballee, is not responsible for any personal issues, distress, conflicts, anxiety caused by using this platform. Furthermore, you agree that he’s not responsible for any of your own or other users misbehaviour on this platform.
